It feels like just yesterday I was celebrating a milestone on my Blurt journey, and here I am again, thrilled to share my progress! 🚀
Yesterday, @mmmmkkkk311 announced the 13th edition of the Power Up Bonus BPUB , which has been an amazing initiative to inspire consistent engagement and growth within the Blurt community. Nearly two months ago, I reached a significant milestone of 560,000 Blurt Power , followed by crossing the 600,000 Blurt Power mark a month ago. Today, I am proud to share that I have reached an incredible 650,000 Blurt Power , continuing to grow steadily through each edition of the Power Up Bonus . 🌟
As a reminder, the rules of the Power Up Bonus BPUB are quite simple:

As always, my Power Up consists of both the liquid Blurt rewards I’ve received from my posts and comments since the last edition, as well as the Blurt I’ve purchased on the Probit crypto exchange platform . This last holds a special place in my heart as it’s my way of contributing modestly to the value of Blurt .
This time, instead of simply sharing a few screenshots, I thought it might be useful to create a tutorial on how to buy Blurt on Probit and transfer it to your Blurt wallet. This guide is for anyone in the community who is new to Probit or looking for clear steps to make their first purchase.

How to Buy BLURT on Probit and Transfer It to Your BLURT Wallet
Once logged into Probit, go to the "Wallet" menu and then select "Balance."

Next, specify the number of BLURT you want under "Amount." In my case, since I had already traded 16,980.3233 BLURT , I only needed 10,000 BLURT to reach my total purchase target of 26,000 BLURT .
Finally, the total amount in BTC will automatically be calculated in "Total" you can also do the reverse: enter an amount in BTC, and the BLURT quantity will be calculated automatically .
Click the "Buy BLURT" button to confirm.

How to Withdraw BLURT to Your BLURT Wallet
Now, let's withdraw your BLURT to your BLURT wallet. Go back to "Wallet," then "Balance," and click "Withdrawal" on the BLURT row.

When I first joined Blurt, I didn’t really know what to expect. In fact, I was a bit unsure because the platform requires paying fees for almost every action, which seemed intimidating at first. However, I quickly realized that by maintaining a good balance and always keeping some BLURT liquid, it’s not a big problem at all.
What immediately appealed to me about Blurt was the absence of a downvote button . It’s refreshing to know that no one can destroy months or even years of effort in building a community over petty disagreements. There’s no infantilizing or belittling here, which makes it a much more positive space!

Of course, not everything is perfect on Blurt. One downside I’ve noticed is the low engagement when it comes to commenting on posts. I think the uncertainty of getting an upvote that covers the fees or receiving a response discourages people from leaving comments, that’s why I make an effort to at least upvote every comments on my posts and respond to them as much as I can. On the bright side, this also means there’s no to much spam from bots here.
For example, responding to comments on Blurt is nothing compared to the time I spend replying to comments on TikTok—haha! Similarly, I’ve noticed participation in contests or games tends to be quite low. I think there’s still some work to do in this area, as well as in developing communities, which I feel aren’t as mature yet compared to those on Steem or Hive.
