Blurt Witness Server Upgrade Notice

<div class="text-justify" We always strive to provide you with a more stable, fast, and reliable witness service. With that goal in mind, we have started upgrading our current Blurt witness server and migrating our infrastructure.</div

<div class="text-justify" Although our current server has been providing service for a long time, we have decided to migrate to a new and more powerful server environment to further improve future performance and network stability. Through this upgrade, we expect our witness service to become faster, more secure, and more reliable.</div

<br <div class="text-justify" During this migration process, our witness has been temporarily disabled. This is because synchronization, configuration, and security verification are extremely important aspects of blockchain witness setup. We want to ensure that the entire migration process is completed safely and without errors.</div
