The Artful Cat: Dreamy Filters for Caturday!

Greetings everyone!

Took a short break, but now we're back... and today even happens to be CATURDAY!

Playing around with some recent cat photos as usual; this time going for a more dreamy appearance with this first one of our Shangri:

Shangri, both real and surreal at the same time.

This was just created with a very subtle filter, changing the coloration slightly, without modifying the textures... while leaving his eyes in pretty much their natural color.

Next we took a favorite shot of Shangri and Nala — who are very closely bonded siblings — and creating a somewhat "painted" appearance in slightly nostalgic tones:

Quite happy with how that one turned out.

As per usual, these images are not AI generated... done by a Hooman applying multiple filters and brushes through a typical photo processing app.

Of course, part of the purpose for our "Artful Cat" series is also to boost/support the Caturday Community on Blurt, in hopes of encouraging others on Blurt to follow suit!

The more cat content we have here, the better!
