Blurtopian Dev: Welcome Back BlurtKey to PlayStore!

After months of being unavailable in the Google Playstore, BlurtKey finally found its way back to the Google PlayStore! Thanks to @megadrive, @henryglowz, and @sagarkothari88 for doing the nudge/push necessary.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fully document the whole process or steps, but I'll try to come up with the bullet points of what I did to address the issue:

1. I made an appeal to Google Support to re-instate my account the account was already/closed or suspended because of changes in Google Playstore policies 2. Google Support responded that they will try to re-instate my account 3. Google responded that my account was re-instated 4. I had to address all violations to Google PlayStore's policies for them to re-publish BlurtKey

I still can't upload a new version because I requested for an upload key reset.

Once the reset's been approved, I'll upload the updated bundle file. The changes/updates done to be included are listed in the next section.

I also submitted changes to Google Play store listing. They're still under review.

There are still some pending change requests particularly the request to fix/change the URL links in the Browser module/component. I'll get to this on the next possible time.
