Mahamaya Lake is one of the largest artificial lakes in Bangladesh. The beauty of Mahamaya Lake is extraordinary. The specialty of this Mahamaya is the rows of green mountains around it and the calm blue water in the middle. The beautiful mountain breeze and the call of beautiful birds, the cold weather, everything is completely different from the hustle and bustle of the city and very comfortable. In a word, everyone will be fascinated by the natural beauty of this beautiful tourist center.

This place is very old and very popular and people come from different parts of Bangladesh to see this place. I personally go to this place whenever I get time to visit. But an interesting feature of this place is that it is a very big lake. This lake has no connection with any river or sea. Or there is no way to get water from the river or sea. It is a very large lake that has been created in the mountainous region. There is a lot of water and many big fish are found here and electricity is generated from this water. Those words say that a machine for generating electricity has been installed in that direction due to which electricity is generated from this Mahamaya Lake. A very beautiful place to visit, this is one of the tourist places. There are many places to see in the Chittagong division of Bangladesh, among which this is one of the places and it is a very popular and old place. However, when this place was first built, there were no restrictions on entry to this place and there were no tickets, but later, when it became popular with people, gradually, the beauty of this place was increased and tickets were arranged. Currently, there are many visitors to this place and there are some institutions inside this place that have been built around this place and those shops are doing very good business around this place. People come from different parts of Bangladesh to this place just to see the lake and the natural features of this place. In addition, I will share with you some other features of this place.

There are many boats and trawlers in this lake, people visit this lake by these. You can take boats to different places in the lake and there are many small islands in this lake, they are really amazing. When people come from Buddha Deity and hold various ceremonies here, they go to the places by boat and organize cooking there. Also, if you go a little inside the island by boat, there is a fountain. Water constantly falls through this fountain and this water always comes into the lake, due to which the lake is always full of water. Since this lake is a party area and there are many parties around, due to which there are many fountains here, the water of this fountain is constantly here, due to which an opportunity has been created to generate electricity from here, a lot of electricity is generated from this place every year.

There are also jinuka bullets here, there is a separate team to stop them, they kill the bullets that enter and constantly get a lot of rent from here and electric. I myself have also climbed into the boat and it is very big, you can understand it if you look at it in Google Maps and if you do, it takes a lot of time to go around. I liked it a lot, but one thing here is that since this is a river or sea, there is no path to it, so there is no tide here, the water is always still and the depth of this lake is very high, but if you know how to swim, it is very easy to move around and is risk-free, but if you know how to swim, there is a possibility of drowning in the depth.
