Bad times are temporary

How are you all? I hope you are all well and healthy. So staying healthy is the most important thing. Because if you are not healthy, you cannot do any work properly! In fact, if you pay attention, you will see that every person has gone through some bad time or the other in his life! And during bad times, it becomes the most difficult to keep yourself in control. Because at that time everything will seem chaotic to you.
For example, you are in a relationship. The initial days of the relationship will be very good for you. So many things will accumulate. One cannot live without the other. This is what happens! Because when the relationship becomes a habit, we actually cannot forget that time. At the beginning of the relationship, everything will seem colorful. But as the days go by, a gap will continue to form between the two.
And we do not consider that time as a bad time! In fact, the body is damaged in two ways. One mentally and two physically. When we are in a relationship, our mental health is good at the beginning. But as the days go by, the bitterness increases. And maintaining mental health has become one of the most difficult tasks in the present time.
We do not have treatment for physical wounds, but when we have mental wounds, we forget to seek treatment. We think that it will be okay after two days. But is it really okay? Actually, bad times in people's lives are temporary. It is not that they will always be there in life! For what you are feeling sad about today, you will not remember it in a while! That is why it is better to enjoy the present time!
