Diesen Satz haben wir schon oft gehört und genau so oft auch gleich vergessen - bis er plötzlich doch etwas länger hängen bleibt. Vielleicht, weil er so einfach ist. Und auch, weil er in seiner Einfachheit dann etwas anspricht, was im Alltag oft untergeht. In einer Welt voller Möglichkeiten, voller Wege und Irrwege, voller Erwartungen und Entscheidungen, und auch voller Fehler, erinnert er uns daran, dass Freundlichkeit doch keine große Bühne braucht.

Gerade im Kleinen zeigt sich, was gemeint ist: ein kurzer Moment der Geduld, ein freundliches Wort, ein Lächeln zur richtigen Zeit. Nichts davon ist spektakulär, nichts davon verändert sofort die Welt – und doch kann es für einen einzelnen Menschen genau die richtige Geste sein, der er oder sie gerade braucht.

Ist das dann vielleicht ja der eigentliche Kern dieses Satzes: nicht das große Kino, sondern die vielen kleinen Entscheidungen, die wir jeden Tag die ganze Zeit treffen müssen.
