It is in this setting that the Mar de Palabras literary festival has taken place—a celebration of literature that does not seek to organize the world, but rather to open it up to new possibilities. Writers from all over have arrived as if they were visiting a home that already existed within them. There is no sense of alienation in words when they are authentic.
